I, Mila Anufrieva, and my world was turned upside down when I first found myself in Africa. I saw destitute children living in incredibly difficult conditions, in filth and fear. Tears of helplessness welled up in my eyes, and I thought, "How can we live in prosperity, considering ourselves the pinnacle of everything, when there's so much suffering all around us?"
I realized that my true calling was to help. That's how the Shop by Mila brand was born.
